Cookie Policy

Effective Date: May 2026

1. Overview

This Cookie Policy explains how InpharmD, Inc (“InpharmD,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on www.inpharmd.com, our mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function properly, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors interact with the site.

We may also use similar technologies, such as local storage, pixels, and software development kits (SDKs) in our mobile application. For simplicity, this Cookie Policy refers to all of these technologies collectively as “cookies”.

3. Types of Cookies We Use

We use cookies to keep the Services secure, remember your preferences, understand how the Services are used, and provide optional support features when you allow them. Not every cookie is used on every page or within every part of the Services.

Category Purpose Your choice
Strictly necessary Required for core features such as authentication, security, load balancing, and remembering your cookie consent choices. Always active. These cookies cannot be disabled in our preferences tool because the Services require them to function properly.
Security / abuse prevention Help protect public forms, such as FAQ and Rotation Opportunities contact/request forms, from spam and automated abuse. Active where required to submit protected forms.
Analytics Help us measure how visitors use the Services, review application performance, and understand functionality flow so we can improve the site. Disabled until you accept analytics cookies, unless your organization has enabled Microsoft Clarity for authenticated team members as described in Section 6.
Support / functionality Enable optional customer support features such as live chat or help widgets. Disabled until you accept support cookies.

We do not offer a separate advertising or marketing cookie category in our preferences tool. Some analytics providers may set browser identifiers with names commonly associated with measurement or attribution as part of their embedded services, as listed below.

4. Cookie Names You May See

After you choose Accept all, browser developer tools may show cookies such as those listed below. Exact names, domains, and expiration periods can change when our service providers update their tools, and not every cookie appears on every page or within every part of the Services.

Some provider cookies are first-party cookies, meaning the browser stores them on the current application domain. For example, Microsoft Clarity sets _clck and _clsk on the InpharmD domain, while Microsoft-owned third-party Clarity cookies appear on Microsoft domains such as .clarity.ms.

5. Cookie Duration

Cookies may be either of the following:

  • Session cookies: Temporary cookies that are deleted when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies: Cookies that remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them.

Our consent preference cookie is typically stored for up to 12 months unless you clear it sooner.

6. Consent and Your Choices

Non-essential cookies are not activated for a category until you provide consent, where required under applicable law. Before consent, only strictly necessary cookies required for the Services to function properly are used.

When you first visit the Services, you may:

  • Accept all — enable optional analytics and support cookies.
  • Reject non-essential — use only strictly necessary cookies.

You may withdraw or change your consent at any time through the cookie preferences on the Services. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Team and organization settings. If you access the Services through a healthcare organization or private-label site, that organization may enable or disable Microsoft Clarity analytics for its authenticated members under its agreement with InpharmD. When enabled, Microsoft Clarity may run for authenticated team members even if individual analytics cookies are not accepted. When disabled, Microsoft Clarity will not run for team members regardless of your analytics cookie choice. Support tools still follow your support cookie choice unless your organization configures them differently.

7. Third-Party Cookies and Providers

Some cookies are set by service providers that help us operate the Services. Examples include:

  • Microsoft Clarity — application performance review, functionality flow analytics, and session insights (Microsoft Privacy Statement).
  • Google reCAPTCHA — form security and spam prevention on protected public forms (Google Privacy Policy).
  • Zendesk — customer support and chat features, when enabled (Zendesk Privacy Notice).

These providers process information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We require them to protect data and use it only to provide services on our behalf, subject to our agreements.

Payment-related cookies may be used only when you access billing or subscription pages that connect to our payment processor. They are not used during general browsing of the public website.

8. How to Manage Cookies

You can update your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie preferences available within the Services.

Most browsers also allow you to:

  • View the cookies stored on your device.
  • Block or delete specific cookies.
  • Block all cookies, including essential cookies.

Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Services. For more information on managing cookies, visit www.allaboutcookies.org.

9. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. You can still manage your tracking preferences through our cookie preferences.

10. International Users

If you access the Services from outside the United States, information collected through cookies may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. See our Privacy Policy for additional information regarding international data transfers and safeguards.

11. Data Handling and Retention

Information collected through cookies is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We retain cookie-related data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Cookie Policy, or until you delete cookies from your device.

12. Updates to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or our practices. Any updates will be posted with a revised Effective Date, and material changes will be communicated through the Services where appropriate.
